Intrascape was formed 22 years ago as a hosting company.<\/p>\n

You place your business in our hands and we recognise how important that is. Everything we do is focused around building customers\u2019 trust so they know they can rely on us to deliver the solution that meets their technical and financial requirements.<\/p>\n

We offer hosting services and connectivity for a broad range of clients, <\/span>from <\/span>individuals just wanting email, through SME’s, up\u00a0 <\/span>to public companies listed on the London Stock Exchange. Intrascape\u2019s network is built around multi-platform systems which include IBM, HP \u00a0and Cisco, all chosen for their quality in manufacturing, software and support.<\/p>\n

We operate from two main sites: one in Telehouse London, the other in Surrey, with backup services in other locations.<\/p>\n

We have never advertised and have\u00a0no marketing departments or corporate overheads, just staff who can, build, maintain, and support the solution you take from us.<\/p>\n

The money you spend with us goes into making our service to you better.<\/p>\n

No queuing on the phones, no complicated menu systems, and no tiered email support system.<\/p>\n

When you phone us your call will go to voicemail.\u00a0 Please leave us a message, including all the information relevant to your enquiry.\u00a0 We can then investigate before we call you back.\u00a0 We\u00a0 will email you, or call you back, usually within the hour, often within minutes.
\nWhen you email us we will\u00a0 aim to respond within a few minutes, although that may not always be possible.<\/p>\n

Our quoted response time is within 48 hours, but that is to allow for unforeseen circumstances that may prevent us responding as quickly as usual.\u00a0 If you have not heard from us within 12 hours we may not have received your message, so please contact us again.<\/p>\n\n\n<\/colgroup>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
